VOCA is built by HelloVoca, a small business based in Sydney, NSW. We’re developing AI phone reception for Australian motels and independent hotels, where a small team often looks after the front desk, the rooms and the phone at the same time.
We’re building VOCA with accommodation operators, not just for them. Our pilot programme invites Australian properties to share the calls they receive and help decide what VOCA should handle first.
